There was a huge storm a few months ago and my neighbor ended up with a huge problem. His roof was torn up pretty badly, yet he had no money to have someone replace it right away.
I helped him find a few austin roofing that were willing to do the work and take payments over time, but for some reason he did not choose any of them.
Instead, he decided to hire someone who said they could patch things up for him and charge a price that was so low that it seemed odd. I warned him, but he went ahead with this foolish plan.
Apparently, the roofing company he hired decided that they wanted to get paid for nothing. They sat around in the driveway drinking sodas most of the days they were there. This is odd since they were charging him by the hour. At the end, the roof looks pretty bad and he says that he is still experiencing some leaks. I told him that he could have avoided this problem if he valued quality of work over trying to save a few dollars. Now he has to have it done again in the near future.
